1. Preparation
Acceptance of Doors and Windows: First, the shape and size of the finished UPVC doors and windows need to be strictly inspected to ensure that each door and window meets the design requirements and relevant regulations. At the same time, the finished products entering the site should be stored indoors and kept upright and neat to prevent deformation.
Indoor and outdoor painting completed: The installation work must wait for the indoor painting and outdoor painting leveling, roughening and other wet operations to be completed before it can be carried out to ensure that the doors and windows will not be affected by wet cement after installation.
2. Installation process
Pop up the door and window installation position line: After the bottom roughness around the door and window openings reaches the strength, pop up the door and window installation position line according to the construction design drawing. At the same time, check the position and number of embedded parts in the opening. If it does not meet the design requirements or there are no embedded iron parts, the drilling position of the expansion bolts should be popped up on the door and window installation line.
Install the door and window frame: Put the door and window frame into the opening installation line and temporarily fix it with wooden wedges. Then correct the verticality, diagonal and horizontality of the front and side of the door and window frame. After ensuring that it is qualified, fix the wooden wedges firmly.
Fix the connector: Use expansion bolts to fix the connector, and ensure that the gap between the connector and the wall is filled with sealant, and the glue should come out of the connector by 1~2mm. Filling and sealing: Use sealant to fill the gap between the door frame and the window frame and around to ensure sealing and heat insulation. Install hardware: Install the hardware of doors and windows, such as handles, locks, etc. according to the design requirements.
