Raw material preparation: The main raw materials include polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, stabilizers, plasticizers, fillers, lubricants, pigments, etc. These raw materials need to be mixed in a certain proportion and dried to ensure the quality and stability of the raw materials.
Plasticizing extrusion: The mixed raw materials are fed into the extruder, and through the action of high temperature and high pressure, the raw materials are plasticized and extruded into the required profile shape. In this process, it is necessary to control the temperature, pressure and other parameters of the extruder to ensure the quality of the profile.
Cooling and shaping: The extruded profile needs to be quickly cooled through a cooling device to solidify and maintain the desired shape. The rate and method of cooling affect the crystallinity and properties of the profile.
Pulling and cutting: The cooled profile is pulled by a tractor and cut to the required length. Cutting accuracy will affect the use effect of the profile.
Inspection and packaging: Carry out quality inspection on the cut profiles to ensure that the quality of each profile meets the requirements. Qualified profiles are then packaged for storage and transportation.
